The  Tax  Payers  Charter  Cell of O/o The Principal Chief commissioner of Income Tax,  NER  will  see  to  it  that  the  timeline  of  taxpayer charter  for disposal of grievance is not exceeded and/or the grievance is disposed off within one month.
