The grievance petitions are received through the following mechanisms –

1. Local paper grievance petitions are received by the following offices-

2. Paper grievance petitions received from the Board.

The grievance petitions of this region which are addressed to the President of India, P.M. of India, Minister, DPG, DARPG, Revenue Secretary , CBDT, Chairman of CBDT , Pension Cell, Delhi etc. are received by the Board and forwarded to the Pr. CCIT, W.B. & Sikkim, Kolkata for redressal.

3. CPGRAMS ( Centralised Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System).

The grievance petitions filed on line by the taxpayers of this region through the PG Portal are received by the Board and are forward ed to this grievance Wing online for redressal.
